Delta adds Portland-N.Y. flight
Delta Air Lines will add a fifth nonstop weekday flight from Portland to New York's LaGuardia Airport.
The Bangor Daily News reported Delta's director of domestic network planning, Joe Esposito, cited increasing traffic in Portland for business and leisure travel as the reason for the expanded service.
With JetBlue serving four daily flights to New York City's JFK International Airport and four Portland-Newark, N.J., flights, the airport will have 13 weekday flights to the New York metropolitan region.
