The Greater Portland Board of Realtors raised $24,729 for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland, during the board’s annual fundraiser held Sept. 21 at Throttle Car Club in Scarborough.

The goal was to support Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland, a nonprofit that's dedicated to eliminating poverty, housing insecurity and homelessness in Cumberland County.

The "All in for Habitat" fundraiser hosted a diverse group of real estate professionals, community leaders and other individuals.

The board took its commitment to HHGP further by applying for a Maine Association of Realtors grant, which, if approved, would double the total raised to $49,458.
