KeyBank has promoted Tatia Gagnon to senior vice president, senior commercial loan workout relationship management, within the bank's specialized finance group, and has appointed Graham Duck as senior relationship manager for Maine and New Hampshire.
In her new role, Gagnon, located in Portland, will manage the bank’s workout efforts within its commercial loan portfolios throughout the United States.
Gagnon joined KeyBank in 2007 as a relationship associate and has held roles of increasing responsibility within the commercial loan portfolio group for the past 14 years. She was most recently vice president and senior commercial banking portfolio manager.
The Gorham resident is active in her community. She serves as board chair for the American Red Cross of Southern Maine and on the boards of the Gorham Youth Soccer Association and Gorham Youth Basketball Association.
In addition, she has spearheaded KeyBank’s Super Refund Sunday effort for several years, partnering with the United Way of Greater Portland to bring free tax preparation assistance to low-income individuals and families.
“I am eager to assume additional responsibility as part of my new role, and am grateful for the multiple opportunities for promotion that Key has afforded me during my tenure at the bank," said Gagnon.
Duck will serve clients and prospects with revenue of $10 million to $1 billion and will lead the team’s commercial banking business development efforts in New Hampshire, where he is originally from.
He will report to Colin March, Key’s commercial banking leader for Northern New England and Boston.
“I have an extensive background helping businesses automate their banking processes and gain access to the capital they need to run their companies," said Duck. "As a New England native, I know the market well and look forward to delivering KeyBank’s commercial banking solutions to existing and new clients."
He brings over 20 years of experience, including in middle market relationship management, treasury management and payment solutions. He most recently spent 10 years at TD Bank, serving commercial clients throughout northern New England. Prior to that, Graham was with U.S. Bank in southern California.
Duck holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
The Cape Neddick resident will be located in KeyBank’s Portland office at 1 Canal Plaza.
KeyBank is owned by KeyCorp. (NYSE: KEY), a Cleveland-based financial services company with assets of $188 billion as of Dec. 31, 2023.
