In her new role, she will assist businesses with sales revenues between $3 million and $50 million annually, providing financial solutions to improve cash flow, such as commercial lines of credit, equipment financing, cash management and commercial real estate financing.

Originally from Moldova in Eastern Europe, Dubois migrated to Maine in 2013. She received her bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She is fluent in Romanian, Russian and English.

The South Portland resident joined KeyBank in 2015 as a teller and was promoted to personal banker seven months later. She became a branch manager in 2017 and was promoted to area retail leader in 2021.

Dubois will report directly to KeyBank's New England business banking sales leader, Allison Standish-Plimpton.

KeyBank is owned by KeyCorp. (NYSE: KEY), a Cleveland-based financial services company with assets of $189.8 billion as of Dec. 31, 2022.

In Maine, KeyBank is No. 4 among banks with the largest market share in the state, according to the 2023 Mainebiz Book of Lists. That ranking is based on $3.061 billion in Maine deposits as of June 30, 2022.
