Summit Natural Gas of Maine Inc. renewed its lease of 22,306 square feet of industrial space at 1 Davis Farm Road in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. The tenant was represented by Tony McDonald and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.
Calvary Chapel Greater Portland leased 21,796 square feet of office space at 860 Spring St. in Westbrook from GWB Cony LLC. The tenant was represented by Justin Lamontagne and Bryan Plourde of the Dunham Group. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.
Alta Equipment leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 26 Washington Ave. in Scarborough from 26 Washington Ave. LLC. The lease was brokered by TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.
Felix Garden LLC leased 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 7 Oxford Homes Lane in Oxford from Oxford Commercial Properties LLC. The lease was brokered by Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Frank Curran from Harborview Properties.
Double E Co. LLC leased 13,000 square feet of industrial space at 108A Industrial Way in Portland from 50 Industrial Way LLC. The tenant was represented by Sylas Hatch of the Dunham Group. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.
Northeast Technical Institute renewed its lease of 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 5 Industry Road in South Portland from Michael Troiano. The deal was brokered by Greg Hastings and Chris Craig from the Dunham Group.
ACLU renewed its lease of 4,050 square feet of office space at 105 Washington Ave. in Portland from Dayton 105 LLC. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.

Dermarus Inc. renewed its lease of 3,000 square feet of mixed-use space at 1039 Riverside St. in Portland from 1039 Riverside LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
