Maine's commercial real estate sales for the month of June 2024

128 Hammond St. Bangor: Fully occupied, four-story mixed-use investment, comprised of 6,528 square feet on 0.15 acre, sold to JJ Providence RE Investment LLC by NMS Hammond LLC for $1.575 million. Mike Cobb and Blake Wright of Colliers in Maine (represented seller) and Elly Chapman of NextHome Experience (represented buyer) brokered the transaction.
1001 Portland Road, Saco: 1.31 acres of land improved with a 2,952-square-foot retail building with two drive-throughs sold to Park North Development LLC by Northeast Credit Union for $1 million Tim Millett and Joe Porta brokered the transaction which closed May 30.
155 Gray Road, Falmouth: 2,037-square-foot office building sold to Okun Law LLC by Martran Corporation for $395,000. Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed May 17.
1250 Forest Ave., Portland: 2,133-square-foot medical/office unit sold to Sarka Properties by PMR Realty LLC for $300,000. John Finegan of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed April 10.
41 Bangor St., Augusta: 1,735-square-foot retail building sold to O’Dog Holdings LLC by CRT XIV LLC for $240,000. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed March 21.
172 East Main St., Searsport: Yardarm Motel, sold to Wesley Murphy and Jennifer Murphy, dba the Yardarm Motel, by 1 Eyed Cat LLC for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency Real Estate (represented seller and Tammy Nelson of Better Homes and Gardens the Masiello Group (represented buyer), which closed May 23.
