Saco-based PM Construction said it has two new projects underway.
It will manage new construction of the Adams Point multifamily project, consisting of a five-story, 39-unit building that will total 43,910 square feet.
The ground floor will be occupied by a common area, laundry room, storage, mechanical-and-electrical room and management office.
The project team includes Southern Maine Affordable Housing, South Portland Housing Development Corp., CHA Consulting, Biddeford-based Oak Point Associates and MaineHousing.
In 2021, the overall cost of the Adams Point project was expected to be $12.4 million, according to MaineHousing.
The apartments are expected to be available by late 2025 or early 2026, according to Biddeford Housing.
Elsewhere in Biddeford, PM will manage the renovation of Berry Park. Upgrades will cover the exterior and interior, including rehab of 36 apartment units and the addition of energy efficiency measures. Some first-floor units will be fitted out for ADA accessibility.
In addition to PM Construction, the project team includes Northland Enterprises, Archetype Architects, Terradyn Consultants and MaineHousing.
