Saco & Biddeford Savings has hired Sarah Rodgers as its new chief operating officer.
In the role, Rodgers will oversee the bank’s operations to provide customer and community service. She will also play a pivotal role in executing the bank’s strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and expanding service offerings.

"Being part of a deep-rooted community bank, where you can feel the authentic heart for community through and through is naturally motivating. I’m happy to be here and look forward to supporting the culture thoughtfully planning how we want to grow as an organization.”

Prior to joining SBSI, she held key leadership roles at Unum, TD Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, West Monroe and Affirm.
