Southwest takes over PWM AirTran flights
Continuing a gradual integration, Southwest Airlines took over several flights from AirTran this weekend, including service from the Portland International Jetport to Baltimore-Washington.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that AirTran operated those lines through Sunday.
Southwest will continue to take over other areas served by AirTran through 2015, a timeline the company's chief legal and regulatory officer said is still on track.
