After 21 years with the Boulos Co. and two years as president, Jessica Estes is is stepping down, the commercial real estate firm announced Tuesday morning.
Estes will keep her CRE license active and continue to work in an advisory capacity with Boulos.
Christopher "Topher" Stephenson, who has served as vice president of marketing and operations, has been promoted to managing director.
Micki Francombe, who is vice president of administrative operations, has been promoted to senior vice president of administrative operations.
“Both Topher and Micki have years of experience with operations at Boulos, and the firm is in very capable hands,” said Estes.
Estes joined Boulos in 2003 and since 2008 has held various management roles. She is credited with "overseeing significant advancements in the company’s technology, shareholder program and broker-support model," the firm said. Estes also led the firm’s recent move to new offices at One Portland Square.
“I’m delighted to have hired and trained many of our 33 co-workers over my career with Boulos,” Estes said. “This team’s passion is inspirational; they are extremely dedicated and just fun to be around.
"From the brokers to the operations team and our clients and associates, I am surrounded by inspiring, genuine, hard-working people, and that will be the hardest part to leave.”
In addition to her advisory role and keeping her CRE license active, Estes plans to remain in LearningWorks, Olympia Snowe’s Women’s Leadership Institute and Junior Achievement.
