Colliers, a global commercial real estate services company, said that Colliers Engineering & Design leased 5,150 square feet at 234 Main St. in Biddeford.
Mike Cobb of Colliers in Maine represented the tenant and Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the landlord.
Colliers Engineering & Design provides multi-discipline engineering and architecture, design and consulting services to public and private sector clients.
“We are very excited to join the growing and vibrant Biddeford community, while being able to better support our clients in the southern Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast regions,” said Sean Pierce, the affiliate’s regional leader.
With a Brunswick office, this will be its second location in Maine. Colliers Engineering & Design has over 2,200 employees in more than 60 offices nationwide.
