Downeast wind farm gets final approval

The Land Use Regulation Commission yesterday gave UPC Wind, in Newton, Mass., final project approval for its proposed 57-megawatt wind farm on Stetson Mountain in Washington County.

LURC in November granted the company's rezoning application.
