Sam LeGeyt at the Dunham Group recently became only the 13th broker in Maine to have earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.
LeGeyt is the sixth Dunham Group broker to earn the designation, the firm said.
SIOR is designated by the Washington, D.C.-based Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which has 3,900 members in some 50 countries. It has a New England chapter.
“Sam’s commitment to personal and professional development continues to set him apart in our industry,” said Justin Lamontagne, the group’s managing partner and designated broker, who also holds the SIOR designation as well as Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
LeGeyt joined the Dunham Group in 2018 and is a high-volume producer. He was elected a partner of the firm in January.
Active in several Greater Portland nonprofit organizations, he serves as a director on the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors board and is a member of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association.
