Keller Williams Coastal Lakes & Mountains, headquartered in Portsmouth, N.H., recently opened its 12th office on U.S. Route 1 in York, with a nearly 20,000-square-foot location to house its office as well as ancillary businesses that serve the firm’s real estate clients.

The company’s goal is to expand on its footprint of service and value to clients in greater York County.

“It’s been an incredible journey,” said Nathan Dickey, broker and owner.

Said Virginia Frost, the firm’s director of agent growth and development in the southern Maine region, “Almost 20 years ago we opened as a single location firm with just a handful of agents, and here we are today launching our 12th office, ready to serve the careers of over 700 agent partners in four states.”

The continued growth catalyzed the launch of the new space in York. The firm said it holds a nearly 10% stake in the share of homes sold and purchased in southern Maine.

Mortgage brokers, attorneys and property management service companies will occupy the new Route 1 location.

“Agents of KWCLM believe strongly in the long-term commitment to their relationships, and the greater the value they can provide for their clients through these shared services such as lending, property management, etc., the greater our depth and commitment to the communities here will be,” said Jeffrey D’Angelo, team leader and CEO.

The company represents clients across Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont.
