Maine's commercial real estate leases for January 2023

The leases from Jan. 26:
Avangrid renewed its 20,104-square-foot industrial lease at 60 Darin Drive in Augusta from Bob Davis. Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Trident Engineering and Inspections leased 7,343 square feet of office space at 21 Saco St. in Westbrook from Storage Realty Corp. The landlord was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Victor Tedford of Tedford & Associates Realty.
Ben McCrillis renewed a lease for 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 165 Warren Ave., Unit 1, in Westbrook from Hope 1 LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group.
Elara Caring leased 1,167 square feet of office space at the Atlantic Place Commerce Center in South Portland from RAM Cos. The tenant was represented by Alex Foley of Swearington Realty Group and Kim Veilleux with Porta & Co. The landlord was repped by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.
The Apartment LLC leased 1,023 square feet of retail space at 424 Fore St. in Portland from Soletsky LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
The Law Office of Tina Heather Nadeau PLLC leased 550 square feet of office space at 75 Pearl St., Suite 43, in Portland from Woodman Building Associates LLC. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
