Two new chain outlets, Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm, will be opening in Thomaston as early as late spring, the PenBay Pilot reported.
The stores will anchor a four-tenant, 11,000-square-foot, one-story building and parking lot adjacent to Route 1. Two other tenant spaces in the building remain vacant.
