Perkins Olson acquires Bohan Mathers
The Portland-based law firm Perkins Olson has acquired Bohan Mathers, a two-attorney firm specializing in intellectual property law, for an undisclosed amount.
Perkins Olson, which has four attorneys specializing in business law, said the acquisition is an effort to expand its intellectual property services. Dave Perkins, president of Perkins Olson, said in a press release the firm will focus on clients in technology- and intellectual property-based businesses.
Both firms plan to merge their practices in the Perkins Olson offices at 32 Pleasant St. in Portland.
