Portside Real Estate Group, which is headquartered in Portland and has primarily served home buyers and sellers in southern Maine, is expanding northward.
The firm recently opened a satellite office at 88 Main St. in downtown Waterville. The addition comes three months after Portside entered central Maine with the acquisition of Lakepoint Real Estate in Belgrade.
Portside also has added a broker, Jessica O’Halloran Smart, and an associate broker, Tiffany Masse, to serve the central Maine market.
Besides the two offices in that region, the firm has offices in Brunswick, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Kennebunk, Portland and Yarmouth as well as Portsmouth, N.H.
Commenting on the Waterville branch in a blog post Wednesday, Portside founder and CEO Dava Davin said, "This new office helps us deepen our roots as a local Maine company and strengthen our ties with the communities in central Maine.
"With a strong team of seasoned agents who share our passion for local expertise and community involvement, we're excited to bring our energy to Waterville."
Davin is a 2018 Mainebiz Women to Watch honoree.
Welcome to Waterville.
