Spinnaker Trust, a Portland-based wealth management firm, has appointed Eugenio Figarella as assistant portfolio manager.
Figarella will work closely with relationship managers to develop investment strategies for clients.

Figarella joins Spinnaker Trust with more than 20 years of experience. During his career, he has held many titles, including advisor, relationship manager, trader, senior analyst, and portfolio manager at institutions such as Citigroup and Wells Fargo.
He was previously a senior portfolio manager at BiscayneAmericas Advisers LLC, a Miami-based institutional investment advisory firm.
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he received his bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management services from the University of Puerto Rico.
Founded in 2000, Spinnaker Trust is chartered as a nondepository trust company that manages more than $2.5 billion. It provides investment management, trust, estate planning and tax services.
