Spinnaker Trust, a Portland-based wealth management firm, has promoted three senior team members to principals.
Ainsley Gleason, senior vice president and chief operating officer, has been with Spinnaker since 2012. She joined the firm from Ram Trust Services and brings over a decade of experience in client services and fund management. Gleason received her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Thomas College and her MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
Eben Jose, named senior vice president, client advisor and director of private markets in 2023, works closely with families to address their long-term investment and planning goals, providing tailored strategies to meet their unique needs. Jose also oversees the strategic management of Spinnaker’s private alternative investments. Before joining the firm in 2014, Jose gained valuable experience in financial services in Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and brings over a decade of expertise in finance to his role.
Laura McHugh, senior vice president and client advisor, works with clients to build and protect wealth, providing comprehensive financial planning services. She collaborates with Spinnaker’s team of experts in investment, tax, trust and estate planning to deliver tailored solutions. McHugh joined Spinnaker in 2017 and has extensive experience in financial services. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
