Masiello Group doubles national average of closed units in 2024

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group ranked No. 2 in closed units and closed volume, among 148 domestic companies within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise rankings in 2024.

Agents delivered over double the average of closed units per agent compared to the National Association of Realtors average. 

Masiello has 25 offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. 

Top agents nationally recognized in the rankings were:

  • Jaynee Middlemiss, No. 8 for volume; 
  • Steve Shelton, No. 15 for volume; 
  • Robin Smith, No. 20 for units. 

Several teams achieved top 25 rankings: 

  • Laurie Norton Team in Bedford, N.H., No. 6 for volume and No. 8 for units; 
  • Gina Team in Auburn, No. 10 for units; 
  • Melissa Bartlett Team in Bangor, No. 22 for units. 

The group inducted 2025 Chairman's Circle members, recognizing 2024 top-performing agents who earned their spots through exceptional performance among peers in volume and/or units. 

The achievements were celebrated in awards ceremonies across the group’s footprint on March 6.
