A Bangor logistics firm beefs up senior leadership

Lynch Logistics Inc., a Bangor logistics company, has promoted five executives into senior leadership roles.

Ryan Lynch

Ryan Lynch, previously the vice president of subsidiary Lynco Inc. and its operating divisions, has been appointed to lead the Lynch Group as president. He steps into a role Ray Lynch held for 40 years. Ray Lynch will serve as chairman and will continue to offer insight and guidance to the team.

"With these important and well-earned leadership changes, we are confident that we will be able to drive results and excel at providing extraordinary service to our customers. Earlier this year, Lynch announced plans to lease a 50,000-square-foot warehouse space in East Millinocket, broadening its footprint statewide. At the time, the firm said it was looking for additional space in southern Maine. 

 

Dana Burleigh

In a related move, Dana Burleigh has been promoted to the position of executive vice president of business development for all Lynch divisions. He was previously the vice president and is a logistics industry veteran of over 25 years. In this position, Burleigh will use his years of experience to grow the company’s integrated logistics solutions and expand the company's reach into new markets.

 

Chris Haynes

Chris Haynes, who has over 25 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, has taken the role of vice president of operations.





 

Nicole Kelley

Nicole Kelley has advanced to the role of vice president of human resources and safety. She the company in September 2022 and has an extensive human resources, recruitment, and people management background. 




 

Roland Gendreau

Roland Gendreau has been promoted into an expanded role as controller of The Lynch Group. Gendreau has been with the company for 28 years and has held various accounting and financial management roles. 

 

The Lynch Family of Cos. offers logistics services, truckload freight hauling, warehousing, last mile delivery service, household and commercial moving and secure document management services. Operating divisions include Lynch Logistics, Records Management Center, Shredding On Site, Central Maine Moving & Storage, MaineDelivery, ABC Storage and Lynch Realty Group.
