Kennebunk-based hotel management company Atlantic Hospitality has hired three new members to its executive team.
Justin Grimes will join the company as managing partner, Caroline Meyer DeBruyckere will become director of marketing and Andrea Weissing will be director of revenue management and distribution.
“This is an exciting chapter for Atlantic Hospitality with many projects on the horizon, and we’re proud to have these award-winning industry pioneers on board,” said Tim Harrington, chairman of Atlantic Hospitality, founder and partner of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection and a 2023 Mainebiz Business Leader of the Year.
Prior to joining Atlantic Hospitality, Grimes oversaw 24 hotels and restaurants across New England as the regional managing director for EOS Hospitality.
For a decade, Grimes held leadership within the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, where he advanced to serve as managing director. Under his guidance, the portfolio expanded from three to nine hotels, many of which earned national acclaim, including Hidden Pond Resort.
Grimes has been recognized for his contributions to the industry by the Boutique Lifestyle Lodging Association and was named one of Hotel Management’s “30 Under 30” in 2016.
“I’m honored to join the dynamic team at Atlantic Hospitality, home to some of Maine’s most iconic and unique hotels,” said Grimes. “It’s a privilege to work along such talented industry forces and not only create truly remarkable escapes but repurpose some of the region’s most historic and noteworthy properties, breathing new life into these beloved spaces.”
DeBruyckere, who has nearly 15 years of experience, will step into Atlantic Hospitality’s role as director of marketing. She will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio of seven luxury hotels in Maine, driving brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth.
She most recently served as the marketing director for the Westin Portland Harborview, overseeing several areas of operation, including guest satisfaction and community connection.
Weissing joined Atlantic Hospitality as director of revenue management and distribution from AKA Hotels and Residences, where she served as revenue director. In this new role, she will lead the company’s revenue and distribution strategy to optimize pricing, inventory and channel performance.
Weissing began her career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts nearly two decades ago. She has since managed and optimized revenue for several independent boutique hotels in New England, including Wequassett Resort & Golf Club and Hidden Pond Resort.
