Cianbro eying New Brunswick

Cianbro is interested in spreading its operations into New Brunswick.

Peter Vigue, chairman and CEO of the Cianbro Cos. in Pittsfield, told the Telegraph-Journal in Saint John, N.B., that Cianbro is looking at establishing itself in New Brunswick, and that the company is navigating the legal processes related to labor laws "as we speak". Vigue spoke to the Telegraph-Journal while he was in Edmunston, N.B., on Thursday speaking about his proposed east-west highway.

Vigue also said he has met with officials at Irving Oil about building modules at Cianbro's Eastern Manufacturing Facility in Brewer for a second oil refinery Irving has proposed near Saint John, N.B.
