Dirigo Hearing Center recently found a permanent home when it bought a unit at 413 Alfred Road in Biddeford for its new audiology clinic.
Park One-Eleven Inc. sold Unit B1B to Abigail Sedenka and Tarja Oliver of DHC Properties LLC for $167,500.
Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the buyers in the transaction.
Biddeford has been an underserved area for hearing health care, according to a news release.
The clinic will provide diagnostic hearing evaluations and personalized plans for the treatment of hearing loss, and lifetime service for hearing aids purchased in-office.
Dirigo primarily serves York County residents.
Owners Abigail Sedenka and Tarja Oliver are audiologists with a combined 20 years of experience. They both spent their careers working in southern Maine.
Before starting out of their own, Sedenka most recently worked at the Northern Light Mercy Ear, Nose, and Throat Care clinic in Portland. Before that, she worked for many years at InterMed PA.
Oliver most recently worked at Northeast Hearing and Speech Center in Portland and also previously worked at InterMed PA.
Sedenka and Oliver said they saw a need for a small, locally-based hearing health care clinic for York County.
