What women trailblazers, corporate leaders, role models and mentors should be honored among the 2018 Mainebiz Women to Watch?
Nominations are officially open until June 30 for the awards, which will mark the 10th year of the recognition program.
We are seeking nominations for women business owners, CEOs, presidents and top executives — from businesses as well as nonprofit organizations — with established track records of success and community leadership.
Winners will be profiled in the Aug. 6 issue of Mainebiz and on our website, and will be honored at a reception Sept. 25, where we will also celebrate 10 Years of Women to Watch.
As part of the 10-year anniversary festivities, Mainebiz will publish a commemorative Women to Watch Alumni Magazine as we catch up with past honorees.
The magazine will be inserted into the Aug. 6 print edition and distributed at our September reception honoring all past honorees as well as the 2018 winners still to be decided.
Criteria for the awards are as follows:
In addition to submitting nominations, please mark Sept. 25 in your calendars. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Westin Harborview Hotel in Portland.
Event sponsors are Drummond Woodsum, TD Bank, Northeast Delta Dental and WEX Inc.
