Portland-based R.M. Davis Inc., a private wealth management firm, has made two new hires and three promotions.
Kathleen de Silva has been hired as vice president and director of marketing and communications. In this role, she will develop and execute the firm’s marketing and advertising strategies. Prior to joining R.M. Davis, she was vice president of account services at Rinck Advertising in Lewiston. She earned her bachelor's degree in media studies from the University of Southern Maine.
Elizabeth Ekberg has been hired as a client relationship associate. She will work closely with client advisors on all operational matters. Before joining R.M. Davis, Ekberg was a project manager and resident director assistant at Merrill Lynch in Portland. Ekberg received her bachelor's degree in English literature and philosophy from St. Lawrence University.
Kevin Manning has been promoted to trading manager. Manning has been with the firm for nine years and has 30 years of experience in the industry.
Christine MacDonald and Brady Neujahr have been promoted to senior client relationship associate.
R.M. Davis, with offices in Portland and Portsmouth, N.H., has been providing wealth management and related financial services to clients in New England since 1978.
