Think Tank co-working space to open Biddeford site
The popular Think Tank co-working spaces in Portland and Yarmouth are getting a sister location at Biddeford’s Pepperell Mill Campus this fall.
The Portland Press Herald reported that Patrick Roche, the owner and founder of Think Tank, recently signed a lease for a 3,000-square-foot space at the Pepperell Center, one of the campus buildings.
The space, which is tentatively expected to open Oct. 1, will have 11 private offices, along with eight desks and several floating workstations.
