Two substantial deals highlight recent leases
A roundup of recent leases in Maine:
DuPont Nutrition USA Inc. leased 88,000 square feet of industrial space at 106 Lafayett St. in Rockland. The landlords are Kent Farm LLC and RSP Rockland LLC. Doug Erickson of the Masiello Group and Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal.
Cuddledown renewed its lease for 76,000 square feet at 14 Yarmouth Junction in Yarmouth. The landlord was represented by Jim Harnden of Harnden Commercial Brokers in Yarmouth.
Emerging Compounds Treatment Technologies Inc. leased 36,180 square feet of industrial space at 125 Industrial Way in Portland from STAG Industrial Holdings LLC. The landlord was represented by Tony McDonald and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Charles Day of Porta & Co. and Nathan Piehl of Cushman & Wakefield
ForeFlight LLC leased 10,766 square feet of office space at 120 Exchange St. in Portland from PO Square Building LLC. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers.
Island Institute for Trauma Recovery LLC leased 3,750 square feet of office space at 199 Main St. in Saco from JBRI. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Robert Tragemann of Colliers International.
Chickadee Toddler Care & Preschool leased 4,100 square feet of retail space at 209 Western Ave. in South Portland from Raphael LP. The transaction was arranged by Greg Boulos and Samantha Markino of the Boulos Co.
The Blazin Ace LLC renewed its lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at 432-434 Fore St. in Portland with Terrapin Properties LLC. The transaction was arranged by Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co.
Soggy Dog Designs leased 946 square feet of retail space at 192 Front St. in Bath from the Szanton Co. The transaction was arranged by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
