3 Main St., Milbridge: Former nursing home facility sold to Balsam Properties LLC by Narraguagus Bay Health Care Facility Inc. for $440,000. Charlie Hippler and Ben Spencer of CORE brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 11.
581 Benton Ave., Winslow: Former deli building sold to Rack Enterprises LLC by Big G’s Deli for $420,000. Don Plourde of Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 20.

20 Main St., Deer Isle: Pilgrim's Inn sold to Ark Deer Isle LLC by Pilgrim's Down East LLC for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency Real Estate (representing seller) and Diane Pace of Swan Agency Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 31.
85 Shore Road, Ogunquit: The Sparhawk Oceanfront Resort sold to Lafayette Ogunquit, LLC by Moores Sparhawk Corp. The listed price was $31 million. Roger Daigle and Benjamin Kramer of Daigle Commercial Group (representing seller) facilitated the sale, which closed Jan. 7.
