Norway Savings Bank has promoted nine employees to vice president and assistant vice president positions.
Bobbie-Jo Chase was promoted to vice president, deposit operations manager. She started her career at Norway Savings in 1999 as an intern teller with the school banking program. Chase later became a full-time bank employee at the former Oxford Walmart location and has held various branch positions.
Karry Kane has been promoted to vice president, mortgage loan officer of the Mid Coast Market. She joined Norway Savings in 1996 as a customer service representative and transitioned to branch manager of the Topsham location in 2006. Kane has served the banking and lending needs of the midcoast community for more than 25 years.
Tina Merritt was promoted to vice president, SharePoint administrator, and project management officer. Merritt started her career at Norway Savings in 2016 as a SharePoint administrator. In 2020, she was promoted to assistant vice president, with project management added to her responsibilities.
Brittany Robidoux was promoted to vice president, trust officer. After graduating from Campbell University, she joined the Norway savings asset management group in 2011. In 2017, Robidoux moved to Wilmington, Del., where she spent the next four years working as a trust officer.
Kaela Delan was promoted to assistant vice president, customer care center assistant manager. She began her banking career as a teller in the Norway Savings' Naples branch in 2008. She was transferred to the customer care team in 2011 and was later promoted to team leader. In 2021, Delan was promoted to assistant manager of customer care.
Michelle Luce has been promoted to assistant vice president, Fryeburg branch manager. Luce started her career at Norway Savings Bank in 2019 as an assistant branch manager in Fryeburg and was promoted to branch manager in 2022.
Jacob Ouellette has been promoted to assistant vice president, investment officer. He joined the bank in 2014 as a financial solutions specialist in the Saco branch before moving to the Asset Management Group a year later. In 2016, Ouellette became a sustainable investing professional.
Heather Taylor was promoted to assistant vice president, market manager for Kennebunk and Saco. She started at the bank in 2012 as a teller at the Congress Street location. In 2013 she transitioned to the Saco branch, where she moved through the ranks to market manager.
Michelle Wickham has been promoted to assistant vice president, trust operations officer at Norway Savings Asset Management Group. She started her career at the bank in 2011 as a financial solutions specialist at the Congress Street location. In 2016, she moved to the asset management group as a trust associate. In 2022, Wickham pursued her certified trust operations professional designation.
