Portside Real Estate Group hosted a session recently called “Get the Scoop on New Construction,” designed to educate brokers on the benefits of new construction and showcase numerous new construction opportunities and developments within greater Portland.
The session held at Public Works in Portland included around 10 presentations on current and upcoming projects. The goal for Portside and five other participating brokerages was to provide solutions to the low inventory market across Maine by highlighting the benefits of new construction.
A panel of experts moderated by Portside Real Estate Group founder Dava Davin featured Brent Sawyer of Portside Real Estate Group, David Marsden of Bean Group and Elise Loschiavo of Vitalius Real Estate Group.
Panelists shared their experiences working in new construction, tips and best practices for new agents getting started.
