958 Portland Road, Saco: 1,096-square-foot retail building sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by MVID LLC for $550,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 10.
