31 Main St., Freeport: 10,700-square-foot retail building sold to Carpe Diem 1 LLC by Time Goes By LLC for $1.85 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Nov. 20.

19, 30, 32 Empire Road, Poland: 136.7 acres sold to Samantha Poulin by Aidan Carolan for $1.2 million. Kevin Fletcher of Keller Williams|Fletcher Group and Poe Cilley of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 20. 

84B Warren Ave., Westbrook: 7,584-square-foot industrial building sold to 84B Warren Ave LLC by Hope 1 LLC for $800,000. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 21.

733 Sabattus St., Lewiston: 3,225-square-foot industrial/retail building sold to Headlight Motor Group LLC by Bruce Pelletier for $687,500. Bryan Plourde, Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 11.

958 Portland Road, Saco: 1,096-square-foot retail building sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by MVID LLC for $550,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 10.

7 Weeks Mill Road, New Sharon: 2,500-square-foot industrial building sold to Farmington Solar LLC by Veneer Specialties Inc., a Michigan corporation d/b/a Michigan Veneer LTD, for $475,000. Nate Stevens and Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. and Tom Dyer of CBRE (representing buyer) and Adrian Harris of Harris Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 2.

435 Cottage Road, South Portland: 7,000-square-foot retail building sold to 436 Cottage Road LLC by Sleepy Hollow Development for $725,000. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 3.

165 Sabbathday Road, New Gloucester: 9,400-square-foot self-storage facility sold to New Gloucester Self Storage LLC by Snow Enterprises LLC for $662,500. Ben Spencer of CORE (representing buyer) and James Benoit of Benchmark Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 26.

372 Cottage Road, South Portland: Mixed-use building sold to Sheet Street Properties LLC by  813 LLC for $635,000. Greg Perry of Broad Cove Collective brokered the transaction on behalf of buyer and seller.

Commerce Drive, Lot 3, Buxton: 3.77-acre parcel of land sold to Black Point Farms LLC by RAAP Industries LLC for $240,000. Greg Boulos and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Roz Anton of Exp Realty (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 20.

0 Danville Corner Road, Auburn: 7.27-acreparcel of land sold to Danville Corner Road LLC by Spurwink Services LLC for $225,000. Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Tim Millet of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 13.

66 Evans St., South Portland: 720-square-foot office condo sold to Ryan Cooper by HMB LLC for $199,000. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Nov. 26.

823 Lewiston Road, West Gardiner: 3,250-square-foot industrial building sold to Paragon Electrical Services LLC by Down East Realty 823 LLC for $220,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Ridge York of Blue Lobster Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 27.

164 US Route One, Scarborough: 1,500-square-foot office/retail building sold to HMB Properties LLC by Sarka Properties LLC for undisclosed price. John Finegan and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 25.
