Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has hired Alicia Napolitano as a senior treasury sales officer. She will also have the vice president designation.
In this role, she will support southern Maine businesses using the bank's treasury management and payment processing services. She helps them find solutions to improve efficiency, maximize cash flow and decrease risk.
Napolitano brings over 18 years of experience in treasury management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and process improvement. She also has in-depth experience maximizing cash flow, enhancing financial performance and transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions.
She began her career at TD Bank, where she served in roles of increasing responsibility for 11 years. Her last role there was as assistant vice president, treasury management officer. Prior to joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, she held the position of senior corporate services officer at Bangor Savings Bank.
The Gorham resident received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Southern Maine. Before that, she graduated from Central Maine Community College, earning her associate’s degree in business management. She is also in the process of earning her master's in business administration in risk management from Husson University.
Napolitano is an active community member, volunteering for the Ronald McDonald House in Portland and with Junior Achievement of Maine.
