Leases from Feb. 6:
The Town of Scarborough renewed its lease of 13,960 square feet of office space at 418 Payne Road in Scarborough from CH Andrews Realty Co. Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Phoenix Welding Inc. leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 429 Warren Ave. in Portland from Portland Commerce Center LLC. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
Leaven Pizzeria LLC subleased 3,261 square feet of retail space at 25 Preble St. in Portland from Slab LLC. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
Northpoint Mortgage Inc. leased 3,091 square feet of office space at 82 Running Hill Road in South Portland from 607 Northern Boulevard Realty Corp. The lease was brokered by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.
38 Winter St. LLC leased 2,740 square feet of office space at 550 Forest Ave. in Portland from WLP LLC. The deal was brokered by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.
University of Maine System leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 209 Main St. in Saco from Saco Housing Group LLC. The tenant was represented by Suzanne McKechnie of Investcomm Commercial Group. The landlord was represented by Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.
WHILDE LLC leased 1,650 square feet of educational coaching space at 40 Forest Falls Drive in Yarmouth from Forest Falls Suites LLC. Each party represented itself in the transaction.
C Skin Co. LLC leased 1,567 square feet of medical space at 308 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from South Pointe Investment LLC. The tenant was represented by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Frank O’Connor of the Dunham Group.
Leisure Tech Inc. leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 190 Riverside St. in Portland from Bounty Development LLC. The deal was arranged by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Bodi Bar LLC leased 5,840 square feet of retail space at 1113 Stillwater Ave. in Bangor from Grin N Bearit LLC. John Bonadio of Maine Commercial Realty brokered the transaction.

The National Association of Letter Carriers renewed its lease for 2,740 square feet office space at 550 Forest Ave. in Portland from Crossways Park LLC. The deal was brokered by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.

The Alzheimer’s Association, Maine Chapter, renewed its lease for 2,106-square-foot square feet of office space at 383 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from MER Development LLC. The deal was brokered by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.

Apex Flooring Solutions LLC leased 1,150 square feet of retail space at 6 Pond Road, Unit A, in Sidney from Agren Sidney LLC. Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
